1. Acceptance

By using Agentiq, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Agentiq is an AI business assistant offering:

• Automated WhatsApp replies powered by AI.
• Appointment booking management for clinics and offices.
• Customer and FAQ management dashboard.
• Analytics and insights.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription: 24.9 KWD/month or 249 KWD/year.
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled.
• Payments processed via UPayments (K-Net + credit cards).
• No refunds after subscription activation.

4. User Responsibilities

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Do not send spam or offensive content via WhatsApp.
• Comply with Meta and WhatsApp Business policies.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Intellectual Property

All IP rights are reserved to MaginTech.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or business losses arising from app usage.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms. You may cancel your subscription anytime.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
